This page applies to FlyFareFinder (flyfarefinder.net), a trading name of Fares Solution Ltd, a Private Limited Company registered in England and Wales with company number 14232147. In this page “we”, “us” and “our” mean Fares Solution Ltd trading as FlyFareFinder.

1. Our service

FlyFareFinder is an independent travel service. We search for flights, quote a price and, if you agree, book the ticket on your behalf with the airline or a ticketing partner. We are not an airline. The airline is responsible for carrying you; we are responsible for making the booking you asked for.

2. Quotes and prices

• Quotes are free and carry no obligation to book.
• Fares change constantly and are not guaranteed until the ticket is issued.
• The price we confirm to you before you pay is the price you pay. Any service charge is explained before you agree to book.

3. Making a booking

A booking is made when you accept a quote and payment is taken. You must give us names exactly as shown on each traveller's passport or travel document. Errors in names or dates may lead to airline charges, which are your responsibility.

4. Payment

We accept card payments over the phone. We do not store full card details. We may carry out identity and fraud checks before issuing a ticket.

5. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are governed by the airline's fare rules for the ticket you buy, plus any handling fee we tell you about beforehand. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Travel documents, visas and health

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and any health documents required for your journey. Check government travel advice before you travel.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss caused by airlines, events outside our reasonable control, or for indirect or business losses. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your home country says otherwise.
